Each Indigo River Home is a unique creation in itself. But it goes far past the aesthetic design. The quality of construction is just as important to us as the overall look of our tiny homes. From our building techniques to the materials we use, we go above and beyond industry standards to ensure that each home we build will last for many decades to come.
Interior Design
However unique they may be, each Indigo River tiny home has a similarity: unmatched quality and craftsmanship. When you step inside one of our homes, you can feel the level of attention and detail that goes into each interior. Our finish carpenters, welders, tile setters and countless other skilled trades work together to create what many have called "fine artwork" or "the nicest tiny house they've ever seen."

1 Downstairs bedroom makes the ideal retiree Tiny House on Wheels (THOW).. Available in 20, 24, 28, & 32 Feet lengths. Classic or storage lofts can be added.
Single Stand-up loft makes it easy to climb in and out of bed. Available in 20, 24, 28, & 32 feet length,
One stand-up loft and one classic loft. With two lofts this house has lots of living space. Available in 24, 28, & 32 feet lengths.
Bunk House model provides 2 to 3 stand-up bedrooms. Available in 28, 32, & 36 feet lengths.

The Backyard Bungalow
We no longer build Tiny Homes on Foundations. You can try Kanga Room Systems for Tiny Homes built on site.
Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) also known as a granny flat. Built on site, on a foundation, and designed to meet city ordinances.
